Streets of Rage 4 Reveals New Playable Character and Gaming Platforms

Up until now we’ve only really assumed that Streets of Rage 4 will be coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but now we have official confirmation that it will be coming to those platforms as well as for the Nintendo Switch.

However, it has also been revealed that Streets of Rage 4 will be having a third playable character.  I was worried that this game will only have two playable characters, but now joining Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding is Cherry Hunter, the daughter of Adam Hunter from the original Streets of Rage.

Cherry Hunter is a member of an electro progressive rock band and as such, wields an electric guitar to beat her enemies to a pulp!  We will get a fourth playable character?  Only time will tell.  Below you can find the new gameplay trailer below, featuring Cherry Hunter.

Streets of Rage 4 will release for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch at some point this year.
