Telltale Games announce Batman series

 

During The Game Awards last night, Telltale Games announced that they will be making a Batman series set for release on console and mobile devices sometime next year.

Not much is known at this time, but Telltale co-founder and CEO Kevin Bruner said that it will explore “what it means to be Batman” and that “This iteration of Batman will give fans a first-hand opportunity to dive deeper into the complex life and mind of Bruce Wayne, the duality of his own identity, and the struggle of responsibility in saving a city overcome with corruption and villainy.“

As always we’ll update you when we hear more on this adaptation, I for one will be hoping that Telltales Batman series will be based upon Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns series.

Telltale Games are no strangers to comic book adaptations and just this year, they also announced that they will be teaming up with Marvel to bring us another series sometime in 2017.
