Telltale Games Are Developing Stranger Things Game
In a tweet announcing that Telltale Games are bringing Minecraft: Story Mode to Netflix this Fall as an interactive adventure (which should be quite interesting to see how that will work), they also revealed that the studio are working on a Stranger Things game.
With their flagship The Walking Dead series coming to an end with its premiere episode arriving this August, Telltale Games will need a new big franchise to lead the charge and the phenomenon that is the 80’s nostalgic, supernatural thriller Stranger Things certainly fits that bill.
There’s no timeline as to when Stranger Things will premiere, but it’s likely to release early (ish) next year for consoles and PC. So we’ll keep you posted as soon as we hear any further developments.
Separately, we’re thrilled to confirm that Telltale is developing a game based on Stranger Things that we’ll publish to consoles and computers at a later date. (2/3)
