Telltale’s the Walking Dead Final Season Premieres August, Trailer Released
Telltale Games has announced that the final season of The Walking Dead will premiere on August 8th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, it will then launch on Nintendo Switch later in the year. Furthermore, anyone that pre-orders The Final Season will be gifted with The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection which includes all previous 19 existing episodes from the series, which is a cracking deal if you ask me.
Additionally those that pre-order on PC via Steam, GOG, GamersGate or the Humble Store will receive an additional 10% discount, as well as receiving Telltales The Walking Dead Season One. Which to be honest, isn’t quite the deal players are getting on console, sadly.
The Final Season of Telltale’s The Walking Dead is sure to be an emotional and concluding story, featuring a more mature, fierce Clementine who is a leader that people look up to, while still doing her best to bring the orphaned AJ up in this cruel, and harsh post-apocalyptic world.
The Final Season will not only feature a sure-to-be epic conclusion, but it also features a new over-the-shoulder camera, giving players “greater freedom to explore detailed environments” and “unscripted combat” making this the most “engaging The Walking Dead game yet.”
The visuals will also be improved upon with the all-new Graphic Black art-style, to replicate further the award winning Eisner comic book series, all while supporting 4K resolution and high dynamic range on compatible systems.
