The Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe Edition Includes Awesome and Funny Live-Action Cut-scenes
Devil May Cry 5 releases this week, and just judging by my early impressions, the game is looking fantastic. We’ll have our review published for launch or not long after, so keep a lookout for that one. However, the Deluxe Edition version of the game will come with various in-game content to aid you in the war against the demons. But there’s one piece of surprising content that replaces the in-game cut-scenes, with live-action cut-scenes.
The live-action cut-scenes in question are both very well put together, with some awesome cosplay outfits, but also have a lot of humour, especially when using action figures as props. In the official press release, Capcom describe the video below as a behind-the-scenes reveal to “how the characters came to life during the cut scene filming”, which is very tongue-in-cheek indeed. You can have the choice of using the original in-game cut-scenes or these awesome live-action sequences.
Devil May Cry 5 releases this week on March 8th for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
