The Evil Within Release Date Jumps Forward A Week

In an unexpected surprise the release date for The Evil Within has now jumped forward a week early.  Originally penned for an August release, The Evil Within was then put pack to October, before it then moved forward a week.  This was revealed via a tweet on the official Twitter account of the game and at Quakecon.

The new release date that was given is October 14^th (previously October 21^st), this is a North American release date, but it’s safe to assume that the European release date has also moved forward a week, which will now be October 17^th.  As soon as there is official confirmation on the European release date, we’ll update you here.
