The first trailer for EA Sports FC is here
The first trailer for EA Sports FC is finally here, offering a glimpse of what the series might look like post the officially licensed brand.
To be honest, there’s not a lot to see here as the trailer features no gameplay, but it still looks very much like a FIFA game. The trailer features many of the world’s best football stars, past and present as showcased in the cover of the Ultimate Edition.
The cover features the likes of Erling Haaland, David Beckham, Sam Kerr, Pele, Zinedine Zidane and who I think is Delphine Cascarino of Lyon. To be honest, some of the likenesses are a bit sketchy, to say the least.
I mean, Ronaldinho looks a little odd, Bakayoko Saka looks like someone else, and Andrea Pirlo in the top right, looks like he has seen some things. Thankfully a proper reveal is coming on 13 July, so hopefully character models will look much better and perhaps we might see some gameplay.
EA Sports FC is releasing at some point this year for PC, PlayStation, Xbox and likely Nintendo Switch. If recent rumours are to be believed, the game is set to launch this coming September.
