The Lego Movie 2 Videogame Announced
To coincide with the movie release early next year, WB Games has announced The Lego Movie 2 Videogame. Now if you’ve watched the first Lego Movie and/or played its videogame companion (here’s our review), then I’m sure we’ll know what to expect and at the very least, it should be a lot of cheerful fun or should I say “awesome” fun.
In The Lego Movie 2 Videogame, invaders from outer space have taken over Bricksburg and once again it’s up to Emmet, Lucy and gang to save the day, as player’s journey across the “Lego Universe” meeting familiar friendly faces and foes along the way. According to the press release, the sequel also promises to have an “open-world” and a “strong emphasis on creative solutions to puzzles and building within the film’s universe,”.
The Lego Movie 2 Videogame will release for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch alongside its movie counterpart, so expect it to release around February 8th, 2019.
