Ubisoft is having a great start to the next generation with immense success coming from Assassins Creed IV Black Flag‘s conversion to the Playstation 4 running smoothly and delivering a great experience for many a gamer.

Child of Light is technically their first project as a “Next Gen” only video game title, showcasing a well aged mechanic in turn based combat in the magical world of Lemuria. Featuring gorgeous side-scrolling free flowing movement system and a painted art style, made possible by Ubisofts Ubiart framework, a system  that allows for unedited artwork in its rawest and most beautiful form. The game looks GORGEOUS, to say the least. elegant in its movement and visual style and simplistic in its battle system, coupled with beautiful music, Child of Light could spell a diamond in the rough for Ubisoft.

Child of Light will be released on April 30th 2014 across Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, Nintendo WiiU and PC.
