Windows 8 Welcomes Achievements

Microsoft are beginning to bridge the gap a little more between Xbox and Windows and this time it’s by the inclusion of achievements within the new OS – Windows 8.

Classic titles such as Solitaire, Minesweeper and Mahjong have all been added to Xbox360 Achievements with details of how to acquire the small boost to your gamerscore. For example Minesweeper has 50G attached to it and features one worth 5G ‘Happens to Everybody: Trigger your first mine.’ Solitaire Collection has 40G whilst Mahjong only 25G but it does highlight Microsoft’s intentions.
