Neko Entertainment has revealed that their hit title Puddle is now available on the PSN Store and will cost £5.99 . . After being released on numerous mobile platforms, the Wii U and PC formats, the 2D liquid-based platformer has made its way onto the PS4 and PS Vita. Using the Sony console’s ‘cross buy’ feature, where you can own games for both the PS4 and PS Vita in a single purchase, Puddle has 49 re-mastered levels and makes use of the PS4’s touch control pad.

The game’s release on the European PSN Store comes almost an entire month before it is available on the American PSN Store which may shock many. For players who cannot play the game on the PS4 and Vita, the Wii U, mobile and PC versions will be reduced on their respective marketplaces.

We will be reviewing this in the coming days and although it has been on the market for a while on other platforms, it’ll be interesting to see how Neko Entertainment make use of the DualShock 4’s touch pad. The PS4 has been crying out for a game to take advantage of the controller’s touch pad and this could add another layer of water to Puddle.
