To celebrate developer Naught Dogs’ 30 year anniversary in the videogame industry, they are releasing a special art book with concept images from their games released over the years.  Very interestingly there are also some concept art images for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which of course is not even out until the end of 2015.

The concept images not only show protagonist Nathan Drake, but shows some of the locations that will likely feature in the forthcoming PS4 exclusive.  The images are not the best of quality as they appear to be scanned or taken via a mobile, but thankfully the art book does release on October 14th for you to take a closer inspection and you can pre-order it here (what a great way to promote the book with a leak).

The introduction to the art work of Uncharted 4 reads:

We haven’t revealed a great deal about the game just yet, but in the following pages we are sharing some never-before-released pieces of concept art from Drake’s upcoming adventure.

We’re not going to spoil it for you, but rest assured: he and his companions will be travelling the globe again discovering secrets lost to history-and you might even discover some secrets about Drake himself.

The PlayStation 4 has arrived, and with it a fresh, incredible set of new possibilities and challenges. Our first full development cycle foray into the wildness of the new hardware will be Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will release for the PS4 at the end of 2015, which will potentially put it in-line to battle with the Xbox timed exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider.  Who will you be rooting for?  Let us know in the comments section below.
