Reviewed Sonic Labyrinth_1

Good Sonic spin-offs are hard to come by but lousy Sonic spin-offs seem to be very common and here’s one of the worst. Think of the moves, ideas, and items that make a Sonic game feel like a Sonic game then take them away except for the spin-dash which is the ONLY thing that helps you play through this game. When I first started thinking about reviewing this game I initially thought I would go insane and maybe bald from pulling my hair out from the frustration but as it turns out it just bored me, which is definitely a better outcome.

Pros: Some animations look nice, The spin-dash has a charge up meter letting you know how fast it’s going, The ramp parts are somewhat decent, The fake platforms are a sign that some thought was put into the game.

Cons: Getting Sonic to stop from a spin-dash takes some time, levels and zones are pathetically easy, The music has about 4 tracks that will repeat themselves, Power-ups are worthless, The game is overall boring to play.
