Latest “Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D” screenshots and footage

A new trailer and a bunch of screenshots for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D for the 3DS have arrived! Based off the popular mingame found in Resident Evil 3, 4 and 5, The Mercenaries pits you against the clock to kill as many zombies as possible and compete for the ever important high score.

While it doesn’t further the Resident Evil plotline (you’ll have to wait for Resident Evil: Revelations for that) it does features the return of classic characters Hunk, Krauser, Clair and Chris, all rendered in glasses-free stereoscopic 3D exclusive to the 3Ds. It  also promises to finally bring the intense Resident Evil experience from the console games to the handheld market. Launch date is still TBA, but we’ll update as soon as we have anything.
