Nintendo’s New 3DS To Receive 38 Faceplates

Nintendo announced a lot of exciting content today during their Japanese Nintendo Direct. During the announcement Nintendo revealed a new ‘New 3DS’ system. The system has a fair few new features with one of them being changeable covers. For the first time 3DS owners will be able to style their 3DS to the way they want.  Currently there is going to be 38 Faceplates available at launch. However, they will be costing you around the price range of 1,000 Japanese yen to 3,000 (which is roughly £10-30), according to the Japanese Nintendo store.

If you wish to make your 3DS Mario themed, you can. If you wish to have it less Nintendo and go for something a bit more ‘sophisticated’ you can.  There is a fair few images below so have a scroll down and let us know which one you will choose if you was to purchase the New 3DS.  I know I certainly would love the Yoshi faceplate.
