New TMNT Game Announced Based On Nickelodeon TV Show

Activision has announced that a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game will be released later this year, though this isn’t to be confused with Out of the Shadows which is set for release in late August. The new TMNT game will be a four player co-op side scrolling beat-em up, and will be based upon the Nickelodeon TV show.

So far the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game has been announced for the Nintendo 3DS, Wii and Xbox 360. With it obviously not being a single console exclusive, it seems a little strange that at this time it is yet to be announced for the PC, PS3 and Wii U, but hopefully that will change in the near future.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set for release on October 23rd in North America and the 25th across Europe.
