The uDraw GameTablet from THQ, which is available on the Wii, has revolutionised gaming. However today THQ’s President and CEO Brian Farrell has announced that the GameTablet will be coming to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3  gaming platforms this fall.

The GameTablet, which has a November 2011 release, has been designed for a sleek and sophisticated look, which incorporates the console controls directly into the uDraw GameTablet . This will be enhanced on top of the Wii release, which enhances the art creation and gameplay, which is now put into high-definition; a stylus which has advanced sensitivity for a greater detailed result and effect; motion features; a longer time to draw and a pinch-and-stretch and rotation features that comes from direct touch-screen controls.

So far THQ has shipped a massive 1.7 million units of their uDraw for Wii to retailers worldwide since its launch last November. Alongside the uDraw for the Wii, THQ will be unveiling their enhanced version for the Xbox 360 and PS3 at the E3 event in Los Angeles from June 7th-9th.

“As soon as we introduced uDraw last year, Xbox 360 and PS3 fans began
asking when they could experience it, too – and beginning this fall,
they can,” Farrell said.“The uDraw offers amazing innovation and opens
new doors of artistic possibility. There’s no console-based artistic
tool like it.”

uDraw Studio: Instant Artist is a new version from the uDraw studio software will bring to life the core functions that the uDraw tablet can bring to your television. The artistic software package will offer gamers an expansive guided tutorials to teach everyone the basics of art and design. Artists will be able to share their images online with the Xbox 360 and PS3. THQ also have a number of new uDraw titles for the next 6 months, which will be available for both the HD-capable uDraw and the already released version on the Wii.

Pictionary: Ultimate Edition is an upgraded version of the game, which has already been released on the Wii Platform, and will now be released for the 360 and PS3, as this is one of uDraw’s most popular games. As 2011 and 2012 progress, THQ plan to release more and more games for the uDraw GameTablet.
