Many moons ago on the Commodore Amiga (and other superior platforms) in 1991, we saw the release of Eric Chahi’s classic sci-fi adventure Another World.  With its visuals and story narrative it was a game way ahead of its time.  Since then we’ve seen an 20th Anniversary Edition released more recently on the iOS in 2011, the Android in 2012 and then PC and Mac in 2013.

But what of the console versions? Will we get a release? This all brings back memories of Déjà Vu of when way back in the day; I had to wait for this amazing game to be released on the Sega Mega Drive, as I didn’t own a PC at the time able to run this bad boy.  But there is hope for us console owners yet, as according to a German Ratings board (NeoGAF), Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition will be released on the 3DS, Wii U, PS3, PS4, PS Vita and Xbox One.

Eurogamer contact publisher The Digital Lounge regarding this leak and they responded withWe do not comment on rumours. Especially since everybody is now fully aware!” This sounds pretty much like confirmation to me.  Of course when we have official confirmation we will update you accordingly, hopefully with a release date.
