An amazing pre order offer has been revealed by Sony and Konami, which will involves receiving Castlevania: Mirror of Fate HD free when pre-ordering Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 from the PSN Store.  Mirror of Fate was previously available as a Nintendo 3DS exclusive, before becoming available as part of the Lords of Shadow Collection and also via PSN and XBLA.

So for those of you that like to purchase your games digitally, this is a fangtastic offer and one well worth sinking your teeth into (puns intended).

Below is the official press release from Konami:

Pre-order Lords of Shadow 2 via PlayStation®Network and receive Mirror of Fate HD absolutely free

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. is offering the full version of its acclaimed Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD to those pre-ordering Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 via PlayStation®Network.

Originally released last year, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD is a companion piece to the epic Lords of Shadow series, introducing Trevor and Simon Belmont to the canon. Mixing platform and action elements, Mirror of Fate HD follows Trevor as he storms Dracula’s castle, having pledged to end the Vampire’s unholy existence. Tragically, their fates are inextricably linked, culminating in an epic climax to be revealed in the forthcoming Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.

Anyone pre-ordering the game digitally via PlayStation®Network will automatically receive Mirror of Fate HD free, allowing fans to witness the introduction of key characters – such as the mischievous Toymaker – who returns to taunt Dracula in the long-awaited Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. The special offer will run from today until the sequel’s launch on February 28th.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be released on Playstation®3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC, and is a fitting conclusion to the stunning series. Dropping Dracula into a modern day setting where he is charged with preventing Satan from bringing about the apocalypse, the new game boasts a fully-interactive city and castle environment, an adaptive weapon system, magical powers to develop and an all-new fully-controllable camera delivering a deep adventure game with tons of depth.
