Hideo Kojima To Show Off Fox Engine

Hideo Kojima revealed to the Playstation Blog that the Fox Engine, although not finished will be revealed on August 30th in Japan. Originally the engine was to be used for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, but shifted to Platinum Games’ in house engine once development duties shifted to the new studio. Is it possible that Metal Gear Solid 5 could be revealed, even if it is in its early stages, it could at least demonstrate what is possible with the engine and what the future holds for the series. We can only hope though that this is the case, but one things for sure August 30th can’t come soon enough.
