My people, sons and daughters of Helghan, this much I vow. For years now we have had to buy a full retail release of Killzone to enter the multiplayer battlefield. This shall stand no more! From next week the multiplayer component of Killzone 3 in its entirety shall be available on the Playstation Network. Those who are unsure of their commitment to war effort shall be able to deploy for free, but only until a certain, hereby unspecified level cap is reached. Those with the dedication to continue the fight past that point may spend $14.99 (expect £9.99 here in the UK) and gain unlimited access to the levels beyond. Those already serving their planet will be pleased with the undoubted influx of reinforcement and competition to slaughter, leading to more battles being easier to find.

Seriously though Killzone has one of my favourite multiplayer modes in warzone, a series of objectives within the same match varying gameplay every 5-10 minutes. Definitely something to lookout for.
