2K Sports have continued their build-up to its highly anticipated basketball title by releasing two new trailers in as many days. With the new NBA season just around the corner, NBA 2K15 will be released at the beginning of October and the team at 2K Sports have been showing off some of the new features the game possesses.

The latest trailer 2K Sports have released shows you how you are able to scan your own face into the game and apply it to your MyPLAYER star. Using the PlayStation camera, the trailer shows what is required for you to be able to put yourself into the game. While it does seem relatively simple on the PlayStation camera, it’s not clear if the same feature will be applicable on the Xbox One by using the Kinect 2.0. It would seem logical for 2K Sports to allow this, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

As this summer has mainly revolved around the Cleveland Cavaliers, 2K Sports have released a trailer which looks at the player introductions which gamers can expect to see prior to a game. While there isn’t a great amount of detail released in this trailer, it still provides a sense of excitement for the game as it looks so impressive. One question still remains for the game and in real life, however: will LeBron James perform his talcum powder routine before each game? That remains to be seen.

While we’re entering the home stretch in terms of the game’s release, it seems as though 2K Sports are looking to progress the NBA 2K franchise and are hoping to make the most of the technology available for the PS4 and Xbox One. I’m sure that there are still plenty of announcements to come from 2K Sports, in regards to NBA 2K15.
