Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC Announced

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is to receive a new DLC pack,entitled “Uprising”, which is set to release on April 16th for Xbox 360. As is usual for these DLC packs, it will cost 1200 Microsoft Points. Release dates for other platforms have not yet been announced, so check back for new information as we get it. “Uprising” will include 4 new multiplayer maps: Magma, Encore, Vertigo and Studio. The latter is a remake of the popular Firing Range included in the original Black Ops. Magma is a unique map set in a Japanese village that introduces lava as an environmental hazard. Encore is set in London and features a concert stage in the middle. Vertigo takes place on a skyscraper in India, whereby verticality plays a big part in traversal.

Also in the package is a new zombie story map, “Mob of the Dead”, which takes place in Alcatraz and features 4 of the most iconic mobsters in Hollywood: Ray Liotta, Chazz Palminteri, Michael Madson and Joe Pantoliano.
