Capcom have teased it for months now but finally they have revealed who the fifth and final new playable brawler is in Ultra Street Fighter IV, and it is Decapre. Decapre is one of M. Bison’s doll guards and is a clone of Cammy, as immediately evident at first glance of her character model. Her face is hidden away behind a mask in order to hide a large burn mark and her fighting styles itself seems to mix up the claw attacks from Vega and many others from Cammys with the difference being a charge-based attacks system.

The announcement has been met with some criticism from die hard fans of the series who have accused Capcom of being lazy and simply re-skinning an existing character instead of providing a new, fresh face. While Decapre is technically a new playable fighter, she has appeared as a background character in previous Street Fighter games. Decapre joins four other newcomers to the Street Fighter IV series, Rolento, Elena, Hugo, Poison, as well as in addition to the the 39 returning combatants from the previous versions.
