Comic-Con 2011 – Limited Edition Star Wars Xbox 360 Announced

Still haven’t jumped on the motion control bandwagon, and are a fan of inter-galactic travel? Well it seems like Microsoft has you covered. Announced just hours ago at the Comic-Con 2011 event, this Limited Edition Xbox 360 features both a white paint job with R2-D2 stylings, as well as a Golden Controller. The Kinect itself hasn’t been left out either, sporting a rather pure white hue!

Similar to the Gears Of War 3 Xbox 360 Special Edition, the console also contains a 320gb Hard Drive and system sounds from the relevant universe. The system will also come with a copy of the Kinect Star Wars game, along with Kinect Adventures and some unannounced exclusive content.

Worth noting though is that it appears this console is currently announced for the US market only (at $449.99), but here’s hoping we will see it in European territories as well.
