Destiny – Playstation Timed Exclusive Expiration Date Revealed?
Just a few short days ago, the Playstation exclusive content for Bungie and Actvision’s Destiny was revealed. Well I say “exclusive”, but what I should really say is “timed exclusive”. Timed Exclusive means exactly what the name suggests and that’s exclusive for a certain period of time, much like the Xbox consoles Call of Duty timed exclusive DLC, which then that content usually rolls out around a month later on other formats.
It was not known how long the Playstation Destiny would remain a timed exclusive for, but if an Amazon description is to be believed, then Xbox owners could be waiting a little longer then perhaps expected. As according to an Amazon listing, the Playstation content will remain exclusive until fall of 2015 or in other words, towards the very end of next year.
This is I assume is not officially confirmed by Activision, but if and when it does, we’ll update you here right away.
Destiny will release for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on September 9th this year.
