Details Leak – Destiny: The Taken King Out Sept 15th
Thanks to a source that has apparently leaked very reliable details to Kotaku, they have stated that Destiny’s next DLC will be The Taken King and it will release September 15th. They have also revealed that there will be a subclass for each of the main classes, it will include a new raid and will sell at $40, which is likely to be £35 in the UK. Now I have to say that if this is one piece of DLC at that price, it best be some meaty content. Especially if you think the Destiny expansion pass sells at the same price, which includes The Dark Below and The House of Wolves.
It is also said that the main protagonist will be Oryx, the father of Crota. Also on Reddit, a user posted that The Taken King will add a void elemental super attack for the Hunter class, a solar attack for the Titan and an arc attack for the Warlock.
We’ve seen more than forms of evidence pointing to The Taken King, one more recently via Red Bull and before that the DLC name was trademarked. Bungie also said this week; that they will be at E3 next week, so expect the official announcement to be made then.
