Halo 4 Leaked 30 Days Early

It’s not uncommon that Halo games are leaked. All of the previous Xbox 360 releases of Halo (excluding Halo Wars) have been leaked online before their release date giving a ‘pirate’ the opportunity to download the game before the release date. This time around Halo 4 has been leaked 30 days early with an image on an Xbox 360 piracy forum, showing a pirated copy of the disc which was released online around 8:00 P.M.

We are unsure where the copy came from, due to lack or information, it is believed to be a copy from either a storage center, or a printing center. As stores do not have copies, neither do review sites.

Below are the following leak and release dates for the other Halo games on the Xbox 360.

Halo 3:

• Leaked on September 21st, 2007

• Released on September 25th, 2007

Halo ODST:

• Leaked on August 30th, 2009

• Released on September 22, 2009

Halo Reach:

• Leaked on August 31st, 2010

• Released on September 14th, 2010

Among this information several videos have emerged online with several of them being pulled down, many of them leaking information about the Legendary ending and so forth. We will not be displaying these videos in respect to the developer 343i and publisher Microsoft, and to all those people who have worked tirelessly on bringing this new Halo game to our console…..also, spoilers!
