Odd couple Lenny “rock superstar” Kravitz and James “either REALLY good at playing crazy or is actually crazy” Franco, have banded together to play some Guitar Hero Live in this humorous live action look at Activision and FreestyleGames’ upcoming release. Check out the witter tête-à-tête between the two stars and some first person on stage gameplay above.

As an aside, I was lucky enough to get a VIP look at the game at the recent EGX show in Birmingham. Being a big plastic peripheral fan I have to say that although I was a little apprehensive about the reboot, I had my mind and fingers reassured when I got to play it. The team had managed to distill the games original premise down into a better experience – however here’s hoping that experience will carry over to the full release later this month.

Guitar Hero Live will be released 23rd October 2015 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U and select mobile devices. For an extensive list of all the tracks that have been announced so far, head over to the official website and check out our coverage.
