Lego Dimensions Sonic the Hedgehog gameplay trailer & November Packs revealed

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released the debut gameplay trailer for the Sonic the Hedgehog Level Pack for the second season of Lego Dimensions.  The gameplay footage not only shows us how he will interact with the other universes attached to the game, but the Sonic the Hedgehog Level Pack will see us return to fan-favourite Sonic locations, both new and old.

 

WB Games has also revealed what the first wave of packs will be with the release of season two of Lego Dimensions.  Releasing in November; wave 7 will include the likes of not only Sonic the Hedgehog, but also E.T, Gremlins, J.K Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts the A-Team and Adventure Time.

The Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Story Pack will add six new levels to your Lego Dimensions experience and will include a Newt Scamander mini-figure, but also a 3-in-1 Niffler, which can be rebuilt into a Sinister Scorpion and Vicious Vulture.

There will also be a Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Fun Pack, which includes a Tina Goldstein mini-figure, and a 3-in-1 Swooping Evil, which can be rebuilt into a Brutal Bloom and Crawling Creeper.

The Sonic the Hedgehog Level Pack will include a 3-in-1 Sonic Speedster which can be rebuilt into a Blue Typhoon and Motobug, and it will also include a 3-in-1 The Tornado, which can be rebuilt into Crabmeat and the Eggcatcher.

However, that’s not all, because in Wave 7, we will also be treated to a Gremlins Team Pack, which includes cute Gizmo and Stripe mini-figures.  This Fun Pack will also come with a 3-in-1 RC Racer, which can be rebuilt into a Gadget-o-matic and Scarlet Scorpion.  That’s not all, as the Fun Pack will also come with an additional 3-in-1 Flash ‘n’ Finish, which can be rebuilt into a Rampage Record Player and Stripes Throne.

Additionally, the E.T Fun Pack includes an E.T mini-figure, a Phone Home device, which can be rebuilt into a Mobile Uplink and Super-Charged Satellite.  Also an A-Team Character Team Pack will be available, which includes B.A Baracus mini-figure and an A-Team van.

The Adventure Time Fun Pack will include a Marceline the Vampire mini-figure and the her Lunatic Amp, which can be rebuilt into a Shadow Scorpion and Heavy Metal Monster.

All expansions packs for season 2, will also come with special Golden Toy Tags, which will unlock the new multiplayer Battle Arena to be played with up to four players locally and has four various modes and interactive environments.
