Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes – Xbox Exclusive Mission & Release Date Revealed!
Last month it was revealed that the Playstation consoles would be getting exclusive content for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. It will be called the Déjà Vu missions and it will be based on the original 1998 Playstation 1 classic. Soon after it was announced that the Xbox consoles would also be getting its own unique mission, nothing was known of what it would be. So naturally speculation has been making the rounds ever since and today we have confirmation of what that exclusive mission will be.
It will be called the “Jamais Vu” mission and it will centre on the new and improved badass Raiden from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Now I know what some of you might be thinking, how is that even possible as both games are set in different decades? Well never fear as all will be explained in the trailer…in the Metal Gear Solid way of course.
Also at the end of the video it gives a March 18th 2014 release date, whether that includes both the Playstation and Xbox consoles remains to be seen. But when we know, we’ll update you here straight away.
UPDATE: Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will release for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on March 18th in North America and then the 20th across Europe. It will release on disc for current gen and digital for next gen.
