Rumour: Destiny – Latest The Taken King Leaked By Red Bull?

I’ve marked this article down as a rumour, but it seems pretty solid to me.  As yet again more evidence has become apparent that the next Destiny DLC will be The Taken King.  The latest information comes courtesy of Game Informer, after they uploaded images of Red Bull packs in the US that featured advertisements for Destiny and the expected forthcoming expansion.

The description reads “Redeem Code Inside Pack at redbullquest.com for Bonus XP Now & Epic Quest in Destiny: The Taken King.”  This of course points out that these special packs of Red Bull feature some bonus DLC, as well as marketing for the rumoured expansion.

The Taken King is widely expected to release this September with a major update, which will be the one-year anniversary of Destiny’s launch.  Hopefully we’ll hear some official news at E3 in around two week’s time.
