Skate 3 Demo Out Now!

With the release date of Skate 3 fast approaching – May 14th can’t come soon enough – EA have decided that the time is ripe for PS3 and XBox360 owners to get their first taste of the latest instalment to the series.

Players can try the Skate School, re-experience the Hall of Meat feature that caused so many cringes in Skate 2, as well as try challenges in the new University District. The demo does offer something a bit unique though, with players having the opportunity to upload their own skills onto the games Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/Skate), with the chance to win a PS3 every week (which I presume is only really useful for those who upload their videos from XBox360 . . .), as well as $1,000 and a trip to New York! Now lets face it, what part of that doesn’t sound appealing? The contest opens on April 19th, so you lovely people have got four days to hone your Skate skills and then compete for the top prize! Who knows, you might see some Push-Start staff attempts here if we can get them to you! Reckon you can beat us?
