Skyrim DLC to be Xbox Timed Exclusive

In an annoucement that shocked just about as many people as MW3 having the biggest launch day sales of all time, Microsoft have announced that the first two pieces of downloadable content for Skyrim will be exclusive to Xbox Live for 30 days, which quite frankly is such an outrageously long exclusivity period, and I feel sorry for anybody who bought PC or PS3, though PS3 Battlefield users will be getting their maps a week ahead of their Xbox brothers

No actual release date or content information has been released thus far, but fingers crossed that it’s at least more akin to Oblivion’s quest expansion “Knights of the Nine” than the hideouts. Just don’t be expecting two lots of “Shivering Isles” sized expansions. In the time being time however, horse armour will of course be an acceptable substitute…
