The Final Journey of Lightning – Final Fantasy XIII

Square Enix has just released a short trailer for the upcoming game Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, following Lightning in her journey to save the world in thirteen days or doomsday will fall. She has woken up from her crystal sleep from Final Fantasy XIII-2, now in a new city called ‘Luxerion’, the city of light and prayer. See her new outfit and combat gameplay below.

If you’re familiar with the series then you should know that this is the final conclusion of the Final Fantasy XIII series.  These are the final thirteen days…

There is no definite release date except that it will be released next year so expect more updates in 2013!
