Too Human Removed From Xbox Live

Sillicon Knights RPG Too Human has been removed from Xbox Live.

The game’s profile still exists on the Xbox Live Marketplace, with the trailer and screens of the game, but any option to purchase it has been removed.

The game’s removal comes after Sillicon Knights lost a legal battle to Epic Games over Epic’s Unreal Engine 3, the engine behind Too Human and several other Sillicon Knights titles.

It was ruled in May 2012 that Sillicon Knights must pay Epic $4.45 million in damages, and destroy all unsold copies of its games that use the Unreal Engine 3 at its own cost.
