Warface Official Release Date Announced For Xbox 360

Crytek’s free to play shooter Warface, will now be officially released on April 22^nd after being in beta since the beginning of February. Warface is the first game from Crytek’s studio in Kiev and is developed using CryEngine 3, the game features both cooperative and competitive multiplayer action and focuses around team based gameplay with players being bale to choose from 4 different classes.

• The rifleman who has the ability to dish out ammo and is equipped with either light machine guns or assault rifle

• The medic who can heal and revive fallen comrades but can only equip shotguns

• The engineer who can repair armour and lay claymores and mines and can either equip sub machine guns or compact assault rifle

• The sniper who can target enemy players from a greater distance and obviously can only equip sniper rifles.

Like all other free to play games, Warface will feature micro transactions to allow players to purchase better equipment earlier on. To have a better understanding of what Warface is, check out the gameplay video below.
