WWE 2K15 – “The Icon” Sting Confirmed As Pre Order Bonus

As speculated way back on June 13^th, “The Icon” Sting has now been officially confirmed as a pre-order bonus for WWE 2K15!  It was revealed on last night’s live showing of WWE Monday Night Raw with an announcement trailer to which it also revealed that the Sting pre-order bonus will include two generations of Sting.  So it’s safe to assume that the two generations will include the Surfer gimmick from his early WCW days and the Crow gimmick (as seen in the trailer) towards the end of his long running WCW stint.

Last year the recently deceased WWE legend The Ultimate Warrior was the pre-order bonus for WWE 2K14, which then of course led towards him being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame the night before Wrestlemania 30, so hopefully Sting (real name Steve Borden) will also receive the same treatment.

WWE 2K15 will release for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on October 28^th for North America and the 31^st across Europe.
