New Resident Evil Village Showcase Announced for April
Capcom has announced that a second digital showcase for Resident Evil: Village will take place next month.
The new Resident Evil: Village showcase will take place in April; though an exact date is yet to be confirmed (I’ll update this article when that information arrives).
Capcom has promised to reveal new information and updates on Resident Evil: Village including “significant new gameplay features and characters” as well as “other brand updates”.
While I don’t want to know too much else about Resident Evil: Village (as I appreciate the element of surprise), I’m more intrigued about the “other brand updates”.
Will we finally get a trailer for the Resident Evil movie reboot? Which we now know is called “Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City”.
Perhaps we might get the first trailer for the live-action Netflix series? (Not the other animated series starring Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield). Whatever happens at the showcase, 2021 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Resident Evil fans!
Resident Evil: Village will release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia on May 7th.
