Have you forgotten that there’s a new Dragon Age game on the way? Of course, you haven’t, but if it had slipped your mind that would be understandable.

Before we knew its official title, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf was first announced during The Game Awards in 2018. Since that, while we’ve had vague development updates, we’re still yet to see any gameplay or have a solid release date. We have been treated to a developer diary and an opening cinematic.

However, as reported by GamesRadar it seems that the release of Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is in sight with a targeted release date in 2024. That’s at least according to the LinkedIn profile of a BioWare developer. In 2022, it was revealed that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf was in its “advanced stage” of development, so a 2024 release does seem likely. That being said, we should still take the information with a pinch of salt until EA or BioWare announce otherwise.

It’s been somewhat of a tradition that Dragon Age has appeared at The Game Awards at various times in the past, so hopefully with a bit of luck we might get our next reveal or announcement next month.

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is expected to be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
