Pokemon Black 2 & White 2’s Release Dates Revealed

Get out your diaries because Pokemon Black and White 2 is on its way to North America and Europe this October! Nintendo’s latest Pokemon adventure will be coming to the US first, on Sunday, October 7th, and Europe on the following Friday, October 12th.

The game will be accompanied in its debut by the release of Pokemon Dream Radar. Dream Radar is a companion game, that will be available via the 3DS eShop, for Black 2 and White 2 that allows you to capture rare monsters through an augmented reality shooting challenge and then transfer those creatures back into the cartridge adventures.

Black and White 2 has been available in Japan since June 23rd and has been very popular, setting new sales records for DS software. Pokemon games have always been successful in Japan and has always had a strong following in the other regions. However, the Pokemon franchise has received some criticism, many saying that Pokemon has been stretched too thin. Hopefully, Nintendo and Game Freak can breath some new life into the franchise and make another great Pokemon game.
